Effect of VEGF Expression on Vertebral Growth Plates Following Hyproxic Stress

The intention of this study is to confirm whether 1) that PDT can up-regulate VEGF in the growth plate and 2) that enhanced VEGF is prerequisite to growth plate closure and limb shortening.
