Essential Responsibilities
· Interact with internal/external customers to understand business requirements and propose feasible technique solutions
· Develop optoelectronic systems for industrial metrology application
· Commit to deliver results through self dedication and team work
· Take lead to drive innovation across wide range of research frontier
· Work as a self-starter to initiate research programs

Qualifications/Requirements
· Strong background in optical principle and applications particularly related to metrology or biomedical engineering
· Strong background in optoelectronic technology with respect to system design and integration
· Strong background in optical image acquisition and processing
· Deep understanding of optical instrumentation principles and practices
· Ability to develop data analysis programming related to optical instrumentation needs
· Hands on experience on optical modeling with Zemax, Code V, Light tools or ASAP…
· Experiences of using basic scientific software such as Labview, Matlab
· Ph.D. degree majoring in optics, biomedical optics, optical instrumentation, optoelectronic or mechanical engineering with emphasis on optical technology
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Chinese and English
